Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Rameshwar Sahu GDS Departmental Exam Study Hub, we deal in digital products (PDFs and Online Access).

• No Refund: Once a premium PDF is purchased and the download link is provided or the content is unlocked, no refund will be issued.
• Failed Transactions: If your money is deducted but access is not granted, please contact us with the transaction ID. In such cases, if the technical issue is not resolved, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
• Cancellation: Since these are instant digital downloads, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful.
